Adding Alerts to Your Calendar
Ensure important alerts aren't missed by syncing your leafplan Alerts with your personal calendar.
Adding a Calendar Subscription
Every time the calendar is synced, Alerts and their notifications will be refreshed with any updates. Syncing frequency depends on the settings in your iCal, Outlook, or Google Calendar account.
To add all account Alerts:
- Click on the Alerts page in the left-hand menu.
- In the top right of the page, click the calendar icon.
- Click which calendar you're syncing to copy a subscription URL for an .ics file.
- Be sure to add a name to easily identify your leafplan Alerts Calendar.
To add Alerts assigned to you:
- Toggle the "View My Alerts" option at the top right of the Alerts page
- Follow the steps above
Removing Subscription
To remove the calendar sync and reminders, you will need to unsubscribe from the calendar in your iCal, Outlook, or Google Calendar account.

Q: Can I customize which alerts sync to my calendar?
A: Not at this time. Once you've added the calendar URL, all your alerts will sync automatically. You can however, limit the Alerts to those that are only assigned to you by first toggling the "View My Alerts" option.
Q: I have manage multiple client accounts as an advisor, how can I distinguish alerts from each account?
A: By subscribing to each account's alerts, you can add these individually to your calendar app and name them similarly to the name of your client accounts. Depending on your calendar app. you can also color code, and apply other identifiers.
